ICHOM is thrilled to continue collaboration with the PROTEUS Consortium, co-promoting relevant events and resources for learning about, researching and measuring outcomes that matter to patients (including although not limited to Patient-Reported Outcomes Measures, PROMs). PROTEUS (the proteus consortium.org) is a valuable source of curated resources for measuring PROs, including practice guides, checklists, templates, and videos. An exciting development is that PROTEUS and Pfizer Global Medical Grants have announced a Request for Proposals for projects investigating the value of using PROMs in U.S. oncology clinical practice for individual patient care (Letters of intent are due April 25, 2024). If you are interested in jointly applying with ICHOM for this RFP, leveraging our Breast cancer and other oncology sets of patient-centered outcome measures, please reach out to Ms Umanga De Silva (u.desilva@ichom.org), Outcomes Research Project Manager.
